As a customer support executive at Olive Groups, you will play a povital role in ensuring our customers receive excpetional service. Your primary responsibilities will includes:
*Resolving customer issues and providing appropriate solutions.

*Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively handle customer queries.

*collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

*Documenting and manageing customer interactions in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:
1. Any bachelor's degree. Freshers are preferrable

2. Execellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Strong problem solving ability

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment

5. Familiar with MS-Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
