Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:
Ø Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ø Provide information about the hardware shop's products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Ø Assist customers with placing orders, checking product availability, and arranging deliveries or pickups.
**Issue Resolution**:
Ø Identify and resolve customer problems or complaints efficiently.
Ø Collaborate with other departments or personnel, such as the sales team or inventory management, to address customer issues.
**Product Knowledge**:
Ø Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the hardware store's inventory and product offerings.
Ø Offer technical information and guidance on the use of products when required.
**Order Processing**:
Ø Accurately enter and process customer orders using the hardware shop's computer systems.
Ø Verify customer information and order details.
**Communication**:
Ø Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ø Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer database.**Customer Support Executive**
**Salary**: ₹9,128.33 - ₹12,000.00 per month
