**Sales Executive B2B Business**
**About the Role**:
If you are accountable for your results, focused on attaining set objectives, good at researching and identifying prospects and developing customer relationships, this role can interest you As a Sales Executive: B2B business, your main focus will be to build the B2B business across cities by interacting woith key decision-makers in restaurants, hotels, food / ice-cream manufacturers, bakeries and home bakers, building relationships with chefs and purchase managers.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Identifying prospective customers and generating leads
- Understanding customer needs, taking feedback, Liasoning between business and customer.
- Networking and building contacts with chefs, purchase managers, business decision-makers, understanding business requirements and communicating effectively.
- Negotiating pricing and terms and closing deals with customers
- Keeping regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintaining records of prospects and customer interactions
- Preparing periodic reports on sales, feedback,market intelligence.
- Preparing Sales projections and planning accordingly with the production team to ensure timely availability and supply.
- Meeting defined targets
- Work with the sales support team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
**What we are looking for**:
- Graduate with 2-4 years experience in B2B sales in FMCG / Food / Beverages / HoReCA with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam
- Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets
- Knowledge of commercial and office software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in pitching and negotiating with prospects and closing deals would be preferred. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
