Customer Relations Executive

Troubleshooting: Customer Service Associates provide technical support and help customers with product and service issues.
- Processing orders: Customer Service Associates process orders for products and services, calculate charges, and process payments.
- Handling returns: Customer Service Associates handle returns and resolve complaints.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction: Customer Service Associates monitor customer satisfaction levels and keep detailed records of actions taken.
- Referrals: Customer Service Associates refer customers to supervisors or other departments.
- Building trust: Customer Service Associates build trust and loyalty between the customer and the company.
- Clerical work: Customer Service Associates perform basic clerical work such as word processing, copying, and filing.
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹204,000.00 per year
