**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospect and Generate Leads**: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Ensure all sales agreements are properly executed and documented.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management. Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2years of B2B sales experience in the food industry or a related field.
**Skills**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the food industry, including supply chain, product knowledge, and market dynamics.
**Travel**: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
