**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify new B2B customers in the FMCG sector, including retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other businesses.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our FMCG products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key metrics and insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on achieving results and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
