Roles & Responsibilities
Sales support
Work closely with sales team on supporting their activities and ensure smooth flow of operations on day-to-day basis.
Facilitate support for sales team to resolve queries and investor form collection, dispatches etc.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Respond to complaints from distributors.
Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
Support with miscellaneous tasks assigned. Marketing support
Managing end to end distributor event coordination, execution as per directives received from the central marketing team.
Working with the central marketing team for distributor engagement activities.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and coordination and management along with market scan of this activities against competition.
Support the Learning team in training program coordination and logístical arrangements and hospitality needs.
Overall budget and spends tracking and working with the billing representative for vendor payment follow-up.
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
A team player with strong follow up skills, drive to so things and attention to details
Any Graduate + Good computer skills (MS Office) (MS Excel advanced is a must)
