- **Job Summary**_
The Area Sales Manager will oversee and lead the overall business plans, including sales strategies and profit goals of the Sales Department. Promote products and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
- **Role & Responsibilities**_
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Contact and qualify potential customers.
- Set appointments and follow up on leads.
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-ups and cold calling.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
- Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timeline.
- Ensure that sales pipeline remains fulfil with qualified leads & prospects.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interaction and sales progress accurately.
- **Required Skills Abilities**:_
- Highly self-motivated organised and be able to manage own time.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our customer and the business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- **Required Qualification and Experience**:_
- BSC Degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 1 to 5 years of profession Field Sales Management Experience preferred.
- Bike is mandatory.
- Set an example for desired behaviours and performance by maintaining monthly sales performance targets.
