Personal Assistant/secretary

Looking for an **Assistant to CEO & Sr. Vice President - HR**, to perform a variety of administrative tasks & support our MNC’s senior-level management.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, self-motivated & be able to act without supervision. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our businesses by providing personalized & timely support to management members.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as one point of contact between the management & other executives, employees & external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely & accurate manner.
- Manage calendars & scheduling, rescheduling of the meetings.
- Make travel, visa & accommodation arrangements as & when necessary.
- Coordinate with admins of other locations whenever required.
- Manage the claims of travel expenses & other office expenses as & when they occur.
- Coordinate with accounts team in order to clear the expenses, process the invoices & foreign currency orders for management travel.
- Manage the arrangements of the meetings including venue selection, vendor negotiations, contract signing, logistics of the meeting participants & payments after meetings.
- Attend the phone calls on behalf of the seniors & ensure that necessary information is communicated.
- Organize & maintain the office filing system.
**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational & time management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills
- Discretion & confidentiality
**Qualification**: Post Graduate Diploma / MBA / PGDM OR Graduate with equivalent work experience
**Experience**: 2 to 4 years
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
