Urgent Requirements for Assistant Administrative/ Secretary profile in Banking Sector
Salary - 50 NTH + PF, Esic, gratuity
Qualification - Graduation
Location - Bandra ( BKC)
1. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
2. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. Taking Follow ups with concern department or person.
3. Coordinating internal and external events
4. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
5. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
6. Make travel arrangements, Maintaining Travel calendar, coordinating with Vendors.
7. Document expenses and hand in reports

1. Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
2. Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
3. High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Integrity and professionalism
6. Proficiency in MS Office
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
