Pre Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
NVT Design Studio is a turnkey design and execution firm specializing in residential interior design. The philosophy of NVT Design studio is to reflect the customer's lifestyle hence naturally we custom design all our projects. We differentiate ourselves through creative designing done through personalization, actual visualization of the spaces, high quality specifications in our construction and time bound execution.

**Role and Responsibility**:

- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Convince/encourage clients for sales meeting and mockup site visit.
- Actively pursue leads and convert them to sale.
- Manage sales leads by providing response to clients maintaining high quality of service and performance standards.
- Analyse client requirements and assist them with their quires and clarifications.
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years' of experience in Customer Support Voice process/telecalling.
- Prior experience with real estate/interior design customer support would be an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales ability, business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good inter-personal and relationship building skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
