**Job Descripition**:
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting both inside and field sales activities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and detailed information on product specifications, pricing to the customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to cultivate long-term partnerships
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products and differentiate them from competitors.
- Accurately recording details of customers in the database
- Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales

**Desired Profile**:

- 2 yrs.+ of experience in pre-sales or sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

**Must Have Skills**:

- Good customer-servicing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
