Level Up STC is looking for an inside sales associate for our client.

**Job Location - Gurugram**

**Salary Range: upto 4 lacs**

**Experience - min. 6 months**

**Industry - Real Estate (Weekends working)**

**Qualification - Any Graduate**

**Job Brief**

Your main role is to contribute in generating Sales for Real Estate Company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationship and maximizing profitability.

**GOALS**

The main goal to help the company grow by creating a brand reputation through calling of the company and bringing in customers.

**ROLES**

*Manage all incoming inquires and provide customer support on each platforms.

*Perform sales consultation over phone and zoom.

*Prepare and send quotations, daily follow-ups and close sales.

*Lead nurturing and scheduling appointments.

*CRM: enter track and update leads and prospects on daily basis (logs, status, steps and your action).

*Maintain records of calls and sales/clients and note useful information.
- Actively seek out referrals from existing customers and new appointments.

*Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
- Actively seek out feedback and reviews from installed customers.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs and facilitate future sales.
- Training new telesales members as and when required.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
