Job Description: Inside Sales Executive

Our client is a fast-growing startup in the medical devices industry and we are looking for Inside Sales Executives to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals with potential customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on leads to schedule product demos and meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Develop an understanding of our product offerings and articulate their value proposition to potential customers
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and close deals
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Bachelor's degree in any field

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
