Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and target driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic Growth team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for to join our team and play a key role in driving our subscription sales through effective phone-based interactions with registered users.
**What will you be working on**:
- Initiate outbound calls to registered users and engage in persuasive conversations to promote and sell Interview Vision's subscription packages.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Interview Vision's products, services, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to identify users' needs, address their concerns, and highlight the benefits of our subscription plans.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with registered users, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate long term value for the users.
- Track and document all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and identify potential upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers and facilitate a positive customer experience.
**You'd fit in when you bring following skills & experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of upto 2 years as an Inside Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional persuasive and negotiation skills to influence potential customers to purchase Interview Vision's subscription packages.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers and demonstrate a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹190,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
