Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and tourism and a passion for promoting travel experiences to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
3. Identify client needs and offer suitable travel packages and services to meet their requirements.
4. Provide accurate information about destinations, travel itineraries, and pricing to clients.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
6. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
4. Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field is preferred.
