**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Good Verbal and written communication
- To build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients
- To generate leads from given database & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
- To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
- To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
- Prompt resolution of client complaints
- Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions
- Accurate mapping of products/services in client’s e-catalog
- Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure
- Provide a demo and explain the advantages and features of the services.
- Responsible for new client acquisition, revenue maximization from existing clients, and retention of clients.
- Performing Inside Sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications for both new and existing customers

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
