**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a filing system i.e., electronic & hard copy filing.
- Order office supplies and monitor invoices & payments.
- Coordinating with travel agent for travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, hotel reservations and also monitor invoices & payments.
- Submit and reconcile travel expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Assist HR & Senior Operation Manager (Admin) with general administrative work.
- Conduct clerical duties and administrative processes.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms.

**Requirements and skills**
- Associate’s Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with prior administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to analyse and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing work in a timely manner.
- Prior work experiences are added advantages.

**Other information**:
- Job Location: MIDC, Andheri - E, Landmark: Opp Tunga Paradise Hotel.
- Schedule: 6 days working with 9 hours shift from 10:00 AM onwards.
- Salary: INR 20,000/- to INR 25,000/- Per Month.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
