**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate South Indian Chef to join our culinary team. As a South Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic South Indian dishes, ensuring they are of the highest quality and taste. Your expertise in traditional South Indian cuisine, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, and other regional specialties, will be crucial in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recipe Development: Develop and refine recipes for a variety of South Indian dishes, incorporating traditional techniques and flavors to ensure authenticity and quality.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook South Indian dishes according to established recipes and standards, paying close attention to presentation, taste, and consistency.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the South Indian kitchen, including ingredient sourcing, inventory management, and kitchen hygiene to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and enticing South Indian menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency by conducting regular taste tests, inspecting ingredients, and monitoring cooking processes.
- Training and Supervision: Train and mentor kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques, recipes, and kitchen procedures to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with front-of-house staff to understand customer preferences and feedback, and make necessary adjustments to dishes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Creativity and Innovation: Stay updated on current food trends, ingredients, and cooking techniques to continually innovate and enhance the South Indian menu offerings.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate menu offerings, specials, and events, fostering a supportive and creative culinary environment.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors, as well as a passion for preserving and promoting South Indian culinary traditions.
- Creativity: Ability to innovate and develop new recipes while respecting traditional South Indian culinary practices.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and adapt to changing priorities and customer preferences.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
