**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide information about hotel services, rates, and availability to prospective guests.
- Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.
- Update and maintain the reservation system, ensuring accuracy of guest information and bookings.
- Communicate with guests regarding their bookings, special requests, and any changes.
- Collaborate with front desk and sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Assist in resolving any booking-related issues or guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Prepare and analyze reservation reports and provide feedback to management as needed.
**Profile Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or front desk operations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using reservation and hotel management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
