Reservation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely entry of reservation details into the hotel management system.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist guests in selecting appropriate rooms and packages based on their preferences.
Room Inventory Management: Monitor room availability and update reservation systems accordingly.
Collaborate with the Reservations Manager to optimize room inventory and rates.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote special packages and promotions.
Reporting and Analysis:Generate and analyze reservation reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide regular updates to the Reservations Manager on reservation status and performance.
Guest Relations:Build positive relationships with repeat guests and address their preferences during the reservation process.
Gather and document guest feedback related to reservations.
