Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Manager. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, managing export sales, and expanding our international business. The Export Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and relationships with stakeholders.

:

- Established PEB division from Sales & Marketing to Delivery of PEB including Engineering & Manufacturing.
:

- Project Management of entire Pre Engineered Steel Building and Heading all the construction activities throughout.
:

- Ensuring and implementing safe work practices at construction sites with Zero harm objectives.
:

- On time handing over of PEB Projects with Safe & Best Construction Methodology.
:

- Check and approve tender documents for the assigned projects.
:

- Receive and review signed contracts, PIS and erection drawings. Determines contractual obligations and scope of work.
:

- Planning with Client for Fabrication and Erection schedule.
:

- Initiate/participate in project internal ‘kick-off’ meetings with dept. heads to confirm scope & delivery commitments.
:

- Selectively participate in kick off meetings with clients.
:

- Monitoring Fabrication and Erection activities, ensuring proper quality control conducting stage and final inspection.
:

- Review project mile stone achievements and guides project engineer / site engineer / planning engineer
for compliance as per contractual terms.
:

- Ascertain with senior engineers and delays / modification / change order resulting from the client and / or due to client’s subcontractor’s works at site.
:

- Coordinating & Heading multiple projects at a time.
:

- Resolve technical problems which may arise in consultation with senior and respective departments.
:

- Ensure that the variations / modification / change order are responded with cost & time implications.

**Skills**:Experience in Business Planning, Export, Sales, International Sales, and International Business
Demonstrated sales experience and ability to achieve sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Degree in Business, Sales, or related field
Experience in the construction or steel industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and within a team
Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Salary
Best in the industry

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Shift:

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Travel requirement:

- Travel
- Up to 100% travel
