**Job Description : Executive : Marketing and Branding**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Strategy**: Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to establish and grow the company’s brand presence.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, print, etc.) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the company's social media presence, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligns with overall marketing goals.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- **Partnerships and Collaborations**: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and other organizations to amplify marketing efforts.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximum ROI.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all marketing efforts and materials are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and values.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company.
- Certifications in marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
