- **Job Purpose
The role includes design, development and rollout of new products& services as well as enhancements to existing enterprise mobility features, to remain competitive in market & for better operational efficiency. The role bridges the market requirements and the technology capability to deliver robust and differentiated mobility & allied product offerings to Enterprise customers.
- **Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas (Max 5)**

New Product development:

- This role’s primary responsibility includes development of new products as per roadmap, It involves mapping of business requirements and competition offerings available in the market and translating the same into product propositions at par or ahead of competition offerings & understanding of use case scenarios which translates into first-time-right roll out of the product after proper user acceptance testing.
- Project Management for any new product development or capability development
- End to End coordination with IT and cross functional stakeholders for delivery
- Coordinating entire list of activities with their relevant owners for timely delivery of product/project

New Product Evaluation:

- It includes undertaking evaluation of new technology/services feasibility, partner/vendor evaluation & selection as well as manage partner engagements, implement and deliver productized solutions for business requirements.

Future Roadmap:

- The key to success depends on defining the right roadmap / operating model / business model that guarantees success and driving / implementing/ operationalizing the defined roadmap
- **Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications (Max 5)**
- 5+ years of total experience, with relevant experience in managing & owning systems & processes, new product development etc., with strong experience in both Consumer & Enterprise segments.
- Extremely strong systems and process orientation. Expert knowledge of both postpaid & prepaid systems, including activation, CRM, mediation & billing systems.
- Relevant knowledge & experience in associated roles of B2B budget cycle planning, commercial/pricing strategy & customer lifecycle value management to effectively create an efficient, compatible & sales-friendly product.
- Requires a good understanding of various IT systems including activations, CRM, billing etc. along with strong business acumen & delivery focus keeping the business requirements in mind; and a high level of partner engagement & extraction in order to meet launch timelines. This role actively collaborates with IT, Technology, CS, Finance, Product Managers, Marketing, Regulatory, Commercial, Consumer and other relevant functions within Vodafone Idea Ltd
- End-to-end proposition development experience including developing product concepts, business cases, delivering products through NPD cycles and as building robust go-to-market plans

- Powerful influencing/ negotiation skills, effective relationship management skills and proven ability to function within a complex organization

**Educational Qualifications**
- Graduate with MBA
- Domain knowledge in mobility related systems & products (B2B & B2C)
- Project management certifications preferable.

- Plan and drive delivery of all Enterprise Mobility products & services; implementation within timeline and budget
- Partner management on project delivery ensuring that the new implementations are in line with architectural principles and directions. Ensuring fast turnaround time of product / capability launches in line with plan
