- **Complex Cruise Administration**: Handle advanced cruise concepts, including supplier notifications, cancellations, payments, and reconciliation.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- **System Management**: Maintain and update reservation systems, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the travel industry or accounting is a plus, but not required
