Back Office Executive

- **Payroll Processing**: Collaborating with HR to ensure timely and accurate payroll.
- **Employee Welfare**: Handling employee concerns, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, and managing workplace wellness programs.
**3. Finance and Accounting**
- **Expense Management**: Processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, and managing petty cash.
- **Budget Monitoring**: Supporting budget preparation and monitoring financial transactions.
- **Financial Reporting**: Generating financial reports for review by management.
**4. IT and Systems Management**
- **Tech Support Coordination**: Liaising with the IT department to ensure the office technology (computers, networks, printers) is functioning properly.
- **Data Management**: Ensuring proper data entry, record-keeping, and database maintenance.
**5. Compliance and Legal Support**
- **Documentation**: Ensuring that all legal and compliance documents (e.g., licenses, permits) are up-to-date.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Supporting the enforcement of company policies and ensuring employees adhere to guidelines and regulations.
**6. Customer Service (Back-End Support)**
- **Handling Queries**: Assisting customer service teams by handling back-office processing related to orders, complaints, or follow-ups.
- **Order Fulfilment**: Processing orders, shipments, and returns.
**7. Logistics and Facility Management**
- **Office Maintenance**: Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, including cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring a safe work environment.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinating with external vendors for office services, such as catering, maintenance, and security.
