Job Title:Back Office & Admin
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing administrative and back-office tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining records, and supporting various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain data accuracy and manage records.
- Provide administrative support, handle documentation, and correspondence.
- Process invoices, payments, and monitor office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage office logistics.
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality.
- Assisting with VISA documentation, travel arrangements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree, experience in admin/back-office roles, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
