I am looking for an Admin Coordinator (Back Office) for one of our Esteemed Clients from Education domain based in Nepean Sea Road, Mumbai.
Position - Admin Coordinator (Back Office)
Experience - 0 to 6 Months
Location - Mumbai ( Nepean Sea Road )
Workdays - Mon to Sun (1 day week off on Mon/Tue/Wed), Timings - 11 AM to 7 PM
Roles & Responsibilities
Job description
Organizing, compiling, and updating organisation records and documentation.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Handling and managing calendar schedules of management, making travel arrangements, booking hotels
To handle various administrative and back-office responsibilities and coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities.
Monitor office inventory and the purchasing of new inventory with attention to budgetary constraints, monitor expenses.
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities,organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
