Admin Coordinator

Admin Role Responsibilities
Membership Management:
Maintain an accurate member database.
Communicate with members regarding association events, news, and updates.
Website and Online
Presence:
Manage and update the AESDAC website with relevant information and resources for members and the public.
Oversee social media channels and online communities.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and organizing AESDAC events, such as meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
Manage event registration and logistics.
Communication and Correspondence:
Respond to member inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain meeting minutes and document procedures.
Manage AESDAC files and records.
Provide general administrative support to the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using office software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with website content management systems (CMS) a plus
Experience in the events industry a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
