**Job Description: Admin Coordinator**
We are seeking an organized and efficient Admin Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Maintain records and organize filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and time management abilities.
