**Back office executive/ Admin/ Receptionist**
- Answering phones calls and messages
- Setting and managing the daily schedules
- Editing & handling office documents
- Maintain inward & outward record
- Identifying vendors for common office supplies & ordering necessary supplies
- Searching of data using various recommended websites & other sources ( downloading and importing data )
- Excellent computer handling knowledge
- Handling all the front & back office tasks
- Ability to co -ordinate with all various entities at the same time
- Other responsibilities too as required by company

Time: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (MON-SAT)

Location : 1st Floor, Tilak Bhavan ,Lal Bahadur Shastri Road, Near Alka Talkies, Pune-411030.
