Franchise Support Officer

As a Franchise Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our franchise network and ensuring the success of our franchise operations. You will be responsible for providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to our franchisees, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships with franchisees, resolving operational issues, and facilitating communication between franchisees and the corporate office.
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, offering guidance and support on various operational matters. Assist franchisees in understanding and implementing company policies, standards, and procedures. Provide ongoing training and development to ensure franchisees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to run their businesses successfully.
- Monitor franchisee operations to ensure compliance with company standards, including brand guidelines, quality control, and customer service. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement and address any non-compliance issues. Develop action plans and provide recommendations to franchisees to achieve and maintain compliance.
- Foster strong relationships with franchisees by maintaining regular communication, conducting franchisee meetings, and organizing training sessions and workshops. Act as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate office, facilitating effective communication and addressing concerns or feedback from both parties.
- Address and resolve operational issues raised by franchisees, such as supply chain challenges, equipment malfunctions, or staffing problems. Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to find timely and effective solutions. Provide guidance and support to franchisees during crisis situations, ensuring mínimal disruption to their businesses.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data of franchisees to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities. Develop reports and provide feedback to franchisees on their performance, highlighting areas for enhancement and offering recommendations for achieving business objectives.Assist in the development and implementation of franchise programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance and profitability of the franchise network. Conduct market research to identify potential locations and markets for franchise expansion. Support the franchise recruitment process by evaluating prospective franchisees and assisting in the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in franchise operations, support, or a related role.
Strong understanding of franchise business models and operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
Problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using productivity tools and software.
Willingness to travel to franchise locations as needed.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
