**Business Development Manager**:
About Simply Inked

Reporting: To Company and coordinating with local distribution Partner.

Job profile:
1. Marketing of Simply Inked complete range of products offline to 8-10 outlets daily within the assigned allocated location/ city.

BDM will get complete support from Company and Simply Inked distribution Partner in terms of:

- Premium quality product.
- Premium packaging of product.
- Best product in its category.
- American Brand Value.
- Complete range of temporary tattoos.
- Professional and user friendly customer support.

All a BDM has to do is to make 100 plus Selling Points/ each point selling 4-5 units every day.

INDIA’S LARGEST TEMPORARY TATTOO COMPANY

Selling Points (outlets) to be visit and made:

- Permanent tattoo studios/ Nail Art studio
- Salons/ Beauty Parlors
- Beauty/ cosmetic products selling shops.
- Gyms
- Schools, Colleges, Universities campus.
- Shopping Malls
- Tourist spots
- Fashion products outlets
- Stationary stores

Plus Custom made tattoos for: Event management companies, Clubs, Salons, companies, functions, parties and for any event/ occasion.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Visiting minimum 8-10 outlets daily, detailing them about Simply Inked complete range of products and closing the sales.
- You will be responsible for marketing, sales and distribution of Simply Inked complete range of products within assigned territory.
- You will keep all the information / data / documentation with respect of company and company’s client(s) completely confidential.
- Coordinating with local distributor partner for smooth distribution.

**NOTE: Monthly Sales of 2.5 lakh (ex. GST) or 1950 units is Mandatory for a BDM to justify their position and salary.**:

Requirements to hire a BDM
- Graduate in any stream.
- Proven work experience of 1-2 years minimum in sales and marketing (preferably into beauty/ cosmetic products).
- As this is a marketing job so extensive travelling will be required.
- Being a marketing and sales job, there is extra incentives/ income on extra sales done, at the same time there is sales target to be achieved month after month, therefore able to handle pressure situations.
- Responsive, punctual and selling skills are must.
- 2 wheeler is must.

Salary and Perks:
Starting salary: 25,000/- PM (fix)

Incentives: Extra income on extra sales done above monthly target

After 3 months: TA: 5,000/- PM (fix) Phone, internet bill reimbursement
