Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the restaurant, particularly in the areas of private events, catering, and group bookings.
Develop and execute strategies to attract corporate clients, event planners, and community organizations.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Sales Presentations and Tours:
Conduct tours of the restaurant's event spaces and facilities for potential clients.
Present the restaurant's services and capabilities to showcase its suitability for various events.
Customized Proposals:
Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes for private events, catering, and group reservations.
Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure the proposed services align with the client's needs.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with the events and catering team to plan and coordinate all aspects of private events, ensuring seamless execution.
Attend events as needed to ensure client satisfaction and troubleshoot any issues.
Networking:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and build a network of potential clients.
Stay informed about local business trends and competitor activities.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and closed deals.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Must have own conveyance and must be able to relocate herself.
