Position: Sales Executive

Location: Aliganj, Lucknow

Overview: Pathsation Diagnostics is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth for our pathology lab services. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for healthcare and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other referral sources.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Pathsation Diagnostics' pathology lab services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to prospective clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with experience in sales/marketing (preferred). Freshers may also apply.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of pathology lab services and the healthcare landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
