**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new IT sales opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective campaigns and promotions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability
- Track and report on sales metrics and key performance indicators
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of generating IT sales and achieving revenue targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
