- Marketing and sale of Hospitality Products or Apartments/flats Inventory/packages & schemes of our project’s planning/construction.
- Manager Sales has to operate at the above-mentioned city, under the instructions of the General

Manager Sales in Lucknow head office.
- Manager Sales need to have high self-confidence to achieve the target and should not indulge in any experiment with our marketing system. He should be confident with his marketing abilities and ultimately leading to conversion of sales.
- Manager Sales must possess communication skills in terms of the ability to negotiate, convince, self and influence professionals, corporate employees and/or tourists ultimately leading to conversion of the sale.
- Manager Sales need to develop its team of Marketing Executive by appointing them from his sources so as to achieve the targets as defined time to time by Lucknow Sales office.
- Conducting marketing and sale activity among the tourists of Uttaranchal who happen to be our prospective clients.
- Arranging all travelling requirements of the guests and visiting the property along with the clients to ensure that the commitment with the clients is met at all levels right from start to end of the visit.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Customer service/ customer relations - a proactive attitude with the clients is needed & the ability to deal promptly with any issues as and when they arise.
- Completion of all relevant paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Responsible for safekeeping & recording of all payments from clients.
- Plan and promote new scheme/ program for customers.

**Targets**:
1. Sale of a minimum six times of the salary to be achieved which will form your target.

**Salary pattern**:

- Plus, you will be entitled to a 3% bonus on the booking payments from clients, as an incentive for better performance over and above the target.*

**Termination of Appointment**:

- For not achieving the targets or very poor performance within 45 days, your termination will be processed, and any reimbursement or payment will be made proportionate to the target achieved, and no claim will be entertained in this regard.

**Education Background**:

- UG in Marketing or equivalent.

**Desired Work Experience**:

- Should have 1year of minimum experience handling sales as an independent capacity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
