**Job Description: Online Lead Caller for Alpine Landmarks LLP**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and requirements.
- Provide detailed information about our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead engagement and conversions.
- Continuously improve calling techniques and stay updated on industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in the construction or real estate sectors.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
