**Job Description-**
**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handling day-to-day accounting
- Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
- Handling petty cash
- Preparing PO, PI, GST Bills
- Daily Attendance ,maintains personnel records, updates databases, and guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies. support management-level staff and perform a variety of tasks.
- Assist in preparing year-end books for audit.
- Maintain all inward outward etc files and database...
- Maintaining Direct & Indirect expenses (Direct expenses include carriage inwards, freight inwards, wages, factory lighting, water and fuel, royalty on production, etc., Indirect expenses includes business permits, rent, office expenses, telephone bills, depreciation, audit, and legal fees,cleaning etc.)
**Skill & Abilities**
- Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in accounting.
**Educational Qualification -**
**Experience required -**
- **1 - 2 Years**
**Job Location - Chakan Midc, Nighoje**
**Compensation Range:
- ** Salary: ₹ **120000 - ₹ 16,000.00** per month ( Not More Than That )
