**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Onboarding:
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Provide training sessions to help customers understand and utilize our software effectively.
2. Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
4. Customer Advocacy:
- Identify opportunities for satisfied customers to act as advocates, participating in case studies, testimonials, and other promotional activities.
5. Customer Retention:
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any potential issues promptly.
- Monitor customer usage patterns and provide insights to prevent churn.
6. Feedback Collection:
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods to continuously improve our products and services.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
How to Apply:

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
