Executive Assistant for The CEO

As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the CEO's office. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks and responsibilities, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic priorities and critical business activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Maintain and organize the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Prioritize and manage conflicting demands effectively.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings attended or chaired by the CEO. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items as needed.
- **Communication Liaison**: Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate.
- **Document Management**: Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and confidential information. Ensure efficient document retrieval and storage.
- **Expense Management**: Track and reconcile the CEO's expenses, maintain accurate records, and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- **Project Support**: Assist the CEO in various projects, research tasks, and initiatives as required. Provide administrative support to help execute projects efficiently.
- **Personal Tasks**: Handle personal errands and tasks for the CEO, ensuring a work-life balance is maintained.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
