International Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and services offered by the company.
- Assist customers with booking, modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related arrangements.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
- Follow up with clients post-travel to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, working to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to address and solve any service-related problems.
- **Cultural Competence**:
- Understand and respect cultural differences to provide tailored services that meet the diverse needs of international clients.
- Offer personalized recommendations based on clients' cultural backgrounds and travel preferences.
- **Communication**:
- Communicate effectively in multiple languages (if applicable), both verbally and in writing.
- **Sales and Upselling**:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, tours, and products to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets related to international clientele.
- **Travel Coordination**:
- Work with travel agents, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to arrange and confirm travel plans for clients.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are seamless and meet the clients' specifications and expectations.
- **Market Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on global travel trends, destination information, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the best possible service.
- Attend industry events and training sessions as required to enhance knowledge and skills.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on customer service activities, feedback, and outcomes for management review.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
