Transfer the management and/or day-to-day execution of a business

function to a third-party service provider

Process patient correspondence with sales team staff for sales

enquiries and deal with day to day sales enquiries by telephone

Ensure an efficient tracking system of all event paper work.

Handle queries, tasks and resolve issues which may arise

relating to set procedures within the department, and provide

Information to others, seeking guidance where necessary.

General office administration including answering calls, making

Handling Purchase of Products and also order planning of Packing and Marketing Material.

Approved Clients Debit note - Credit note.

Check Quarterly / Yearly physical stock of Products.

Planning for Products development for marketing.

Preparation of Monthly sales report, Salesman wise &Product wise

sales analysis in Pharma Software (Monitor+).

Communication with Sales Team For Primary and Secondary Sales

and follow up with Suppliers, C&F, Stockiest.

Prepare and Handling Physician Sample planning for Field Staff.

Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.

To liaise with team members and work as a team to reach targets set

by the Management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Pharmaceutical sales: 1 year (preferred)
