**Responsibility for the Job**:

- **Schedules and organizes complex calendar activities such as meetings, agendas, other arrangements, travel plans, and department activities**:

- **Managing the Core Material Purchases of the company.**:

- **Act as Lead Administrator for Central Services.**:

- **Provide day-to-day support to the Store.**:

- **Managing & Maintaining Log of Replacement Register.**:

- **Managing & Maintaining Log ofService Calls Register.**:

- **Managing Reception & Pantry / Replenishment of Office Supplies & Stationary.**:

- **Managing Travel for Executives & MD.**:

- **Making independent decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling meetings for the MD.**:

- **Documents meeting minutes for staff, manage action items.**:

- **Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the company business processes and systems in support of the duties and responsibilities of the position.**:

- **Screen telephone calls and resolve routine and some complex inquiries.**

**Required Skill Set**:

- **Reasonable Knowledge of English is Must for communication.**:

- **Thorough knowledge of executive administrative practices and procedures.**:

- **Ability to work with other technologies and online systems.**:

- **Ability to be self-motivated and resourceful in a highly chaotic and unstructured start-up environment**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
