We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant
Responsiblities:
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
Perform general clerical tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
