**Position: Team Lead - Business Development**

**Experience Required: 2.5 to 4 years in the EdTech industry(AEP)**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, ensuring they meet their individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, provide feedback, and develop strategies for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Regularly update and manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Attend and represent Mavericks Education at industry events, fairs, and other promotional activities.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2.5 to 4 years of experience in a business development role within the **EdTech sector(preferred).**:

- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of **at least 5 members.**
