2) Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering

3) Post Graduation in Construction/Contracts Management preferred

4) Should have sound knowledge in FIDIC Contracts.

5) Knowledge in project scheduling, Extension of Time / Delay analysis.

6) Experience in operations with good understanding of infrastructure works

7) Identification and monitoring of Project risks and opportunities in a timely manner.

8) Drafting of Contractual communications/project correspondences.

9) Ensuring timely notices for various issues arising at site pertaining to Extension of time, variations, settlement of disputes.

10) Handling of Delay and Disruption claims.

11) Experience in Dispute resolution processes such as Dispute Arbitration Board, DRC, Conciliation, Mediation, Amicable settlement (preferred)
