**FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Reviews contract documentation provided by business operations to ensure completeness of documentation needed to support the set-up of contracts and projects in the ERP system
- Communicates with operations and finance personnel regarding scopes of work in cases where documentation received is not clearly defined
- Determines proper revenue and billing plan set up and definition of contract line structure based on proper revenue recognition rules relative to US GAAP Accounting Standard ASC606
- Provides certification of the Revenue Questionnaire that provides audit support for the revenue and billing assessment
- Responds to support queries within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) from Internal/ External resources
- Must have a keen attention to detail for accuracy and troubleshooting complex situations, if needed
- Must be flexible to work in shifts and provide coverage on rotational basis on holidays (limited)
- Willingness to work in a team is a must
