1. EMC or NetApp Storage admins worked on allocations, deallocations, performance tuning and Capacity management for SAN and NAS Storage arrays.

2. Storage Area networking switch administration

3. 24x7 monitoring of Storage and SAN switches, Performing first level and second level of troubleshooting and dispatch incidents to L3/L4 level with clear notes.

4. Maintain and manage the TTO - Time to ownership and TTR - Time to Resolution SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for all the tickets.

5. Understand and follow the given technical SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) documents for L1/L2 level troubleshooting.

6. Good Verbal and communication skills to convey the Network/ System/DB /Storage /Backup /Security /Middleware technical information to respective capabilities.

7. Perform the troubleshooting for Network /System /DB /Storage /Backup /Security /Middleware incidents that was escalated from the L1 level.

8. Good level of knowledge required on multiple DC tracks Network /System /DB /Storage /Backup /Antivirus /Middleware hardware and Software errors and resolutions.

9. Escalate the tickets to respective technology leads, if in case it's not resolved by NOC team.

10. Guide, Groom, and mentor L0/L1 NOC engineers.

11. Must involve in both proactive and reactive monitoring of technology systems within their scope: Servers, Network infrastructure, Databases, even data centres.

12. Knowledge of service architecture, design, resource configuration, and business impact of events and symptoms.

13. Expertise in monitoring tools, ITSM tools, backup, and DR tools.

15. Knowledge of incident models, diagnostic tools, methods.

16. Analytical skills.

17. Must of have knowledge on prem cloud and public cloud.

**Salary**: ₹430,370.48 - ₹730,282.99 per year
