**Responsibilities**
- Manage executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, proofread, and send communications on behalf of the executives.
- Ensure that important messages are communicated clearly and promptly
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, itineraries, and ground transportation.
- Ensure travel logistics align with the executive’s schedule and preferences, optimizing efficiency and cost.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Schedule and organize meetings, both internal and external, ensuring timely coordination and preparation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Track and reconcile budgets for travel, office supplies, and other administrative related work.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- **Experience **:2 years of experience required in an executive support or administrative role.
- **Skills**:
Should have knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
